Dachstein is a mighty karstic limestone range of ca. 20x30 km belonging to Northern Limestone Alps and has dozens of peaks higher than 2.500 metres. From south it has a prominence of more than 2.000 meters and descends steeply to valley of river Enns with city of Schladming. On its north side there are the most northern and most eastern glaciers of Alps. The top summit of Hoher Dachstein has altitude of 2.995 metres.

"Locatoin: good, close to the ski slope, 300 m, and is possible to use the skibus also. Very good chalet, everything is great, 2 shower, 3 toilets, living room, satellite tv, etc. Only one complain, we we’re not informed how to use the ski room. On the other hand the parking place is under the main building which is convenient after snowing 😊"

"We had a top week at Ulrike's retreat. The chalet is as described (better even) and its location excellent for local walks as well as further away visits including Salzburg, Hallstatt, and of course of the whole Dachstein area. On location and to be enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna add a real bonus, as well as few nice restaurants immediately around. Ulrike took real good care of us with countless tips and plans to try out. Thank you!!"

"Wir hatten eine sehe schöne Ferienwoche über Silvester in Einach mit unserer Großfamilie verbracht. Alle haben sich wohlgefühlt waren total glücklich. Das Haus ist perfekt für 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Geräumig, sehr gepflegt, sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert! Die Küche is bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlte einfach an nichts. Die Lage ist ruhig und erholsam. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"Mooi chalet en zeer sfeervol ingericht.We hebben hier met veel plezier mogen overnachten; piste op loopafstand & jacuzzi op balkon.Wel jammer dat er geen sleutel aanwezig was voor opberghok bij de voordeur om daar je ski's & snowboards te kunnen zetten; nu toch maar mee naar binnen genomen aangezien het wel roofgoed is. Een steelpannetje zou in de keuken ook wel wenselijk geweest zijn. Verder staan er drie (!) koffiezet-automaten dus je kunt met bonen, Nespresso-cupjes of filtermaling uit de...

You can easily reach every sights in the area in less than an hour's drive so that was quite convenient as a base to explore. "Great house located bery close to the slopes (100 meters waking). We stayed 4 adults and 4 children age 11-15. It was perfect for us and we can absolutely recoment this place."

"we have booked this chalet last year, so we knew it was given the price a good chalet. Everything you need is there. It is at a decent drive from the ski lift in kreischberg. The only thing different this year is that there is no one present at the reception. Therefore you miss out on some things. Overal we had, again, a wonderfull ski holiday in Kreischberg. Sadly it was already booked for next year!"

"Th staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a spacious room that was clean, comfortable and relaxing with access to a balcony. We enjoyed the excellent location as it was close to the downtown shops as well as the gondola lift. Highly recommend this to other travellers! "

"The staff here are all so wonderful. Vladimir, Dragi and the lady owner took care of me very well. The breakfast was very filling and the coffee was amazing. Vladimir was able to check me in early and the room was very clean. The ski area is very close from the property and Schladming town is a 5 min drive. A lot of parking spaces in the area. The facilities are great, pool, sauna, gym and there's a table tennis area. Really wonderful staff."

"The hotel is advertised as having AC, this was a key element in my decision to book this hotel. Apparently they turn it off when it gets cold, according to them and other guests should just open the windows. We were promised that the hotel manager would contact us as we complained about it. That was on Saturday and we checked out on Monday. I have yet to hear back from her or anyone in the property. The receptionist offered us another room where they opened the windows. How did i not think of that? I asked to get at least a fan but i'm only a paying customer, why should i get a response? The hotel images, suggest that it is somewhat secluded. This is not the case as i was woken up by trains passing nearby (100-200m) at 7am. We had to sleep with open windows... Not my ideal vacation. The only bright side in this hotel was the F&B staff who were super friendly and helpful."
