"Great front desk staff. Very friendly. Very clean and up to date. However, we had an unstable shower head which we reported but couldn't get service until after noon the next day. Also, we had loss of wifi the second day of a 2 day stay, so that was not pleasant. There are not that many amenities onsite, e.g. to buy drinks etc. We had to go to a second sister property a couple of minutes away to get some bottled water, soda, and wine. I hope these little concerns are addressed because they...

"A great apartment with absolutely everything you could need for a great stay. Spotlessly clean and check in/out no effort needed. The bed was so comfortable that I slept so well, weather was very miserable during our stay, so it was lovely to come back, have a shower and be warm & cosy in the apartment. Subway a minute’s walk away & bus stop 15 second walk away. Same distance for BILLA & SPAR for groceries. Safe neighbourhood for walking day or night. Highly recommend "

"Location is off the beaten path just enough out of the hustle and bustle of the city but within close enough proximity to get to quickly. Fantastic apartment - clean and updated, staff were helpful and friendly!! Only drawback is Parking but that’s citywide. There is no parking garage connected with the apartment so plan wisely. "

"The apartment was both modern and spacious, with a cooker and fridge. The shower room was huge, and the bed too. The apartment is just a short walk from Vienna Hetzendorf train station. The only thing missing from the apartment really was a kettle for us Brits to make a cuppa. There was a coffee maker. 😁"

"BEWARE of any properties managed by MV Homes like this Belvedere apartment. Almost left stranded without a place to stay after numerous attempts to contact the property for instructions to get into the apartment upon arrival for check in. Any communication regarding issues with the apartment was met with no response from property management...ie clogged sink, fuse blown and left in the dark, poor wifi, no Netflix, and no washing machine as listed on their amenities. Never had we...

"Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen, um Wien kennenzulernen und in der Gegend zu radeln und zu wandern. Unsere Ferienwohnung "Christa" war dafür der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll saniert und der Garten rundet alles ab. Besten Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder. "The Schloss Suite is Spectacular. Full with history and all comfort needed. 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen (really full equipped) and dining room. Everything is just perfect. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is in the Parkhotel and is very good. There is an elevator you can use all the time and just about 15 steps to the suite. The whole stay was nothing to compare with. Strongly recommend this suite."
