"I don’t even know why they have a staff because you have to do everything on a kiosk in the lobby. I didn’t feel safe by punching in all my important numbers right there so we could walk up behind me and steal my numbers my phone number, my birth date, etc. the kiosk spit out your key card , so I didn’t really interact with the personnel at all When I ask them a question they seemed bothered"
