"The hotel room was very comfortable and had all the amenities and facilities we could need. We did experience a few issues, there was a lot of mould in the shower for which the hotel sent a technician to scrub and bleach it out the very next day, then sometimes the housekeeping would forget to replace one or other towel or then the complimentary water bottles. However, each time I raised a request to resolve something the hotel staff could not have been more helpful. I was very glad. Its a very nice, clean hotel with delicious catering for breakfast and dinner, situated right next to a shopping centre which was essential. I would highly highly recommend this hotel for any stay in and immediately around Zurich. Special shout out to Eugene, Joel and Yeliz.
