"Lovely friendly bilingual staff and very good breakfast. Room clean but very dated (1970s) and quite austere (only one pillow!). Bedroom has glass sliding door onto shared terrace instead of window which doesn't feel very safe. "

"We arrived after a long day at Phantasialand, the castle was beautiful, easy to find and the check in was automated and very straight forward. We stayed with children in the junior suite and it was amazing, well equipped, warm and very upmarket."

"The property is a very good size, well furnished and welcoming. It is a 5 minute drive to the local station from where the train is 30 minutes to Cologne centre. We had excellent communication with our host and would recommend this property!"

"Stayed here with a couple of friends during the European Championships and they made our experience easy. Very friendly hosts, who helped us check in early when we arrived the morning of England’s group game in Frankfurt so a fair travel, but were extremely accommodating and meant we were able to get to the match early. Stayed here for the rest of the tournament and was a nice hub to travel to neighbouring cities. Thankyou!"
