This hotel is perfect for those days when you have an early flight in the morning. It's on the airport property and 6-8 minute walk to the check in counters. Lobby has a bar and restaurant so very convenient. Staff is energetic, friendly and helpful. Standard rooms are small but sufficient for overnight stay and price is right. I upgraded to the family room and was much better. Can't go wrong for early travelers. I'll book here again.

Amazing hotel so clean and a comfortable customer service

This hotel gets it right! The staff is super friendly and made me feel like a VIP! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for a long-term stay. It is right across the street from the subway and only 15 minutes away from city center. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store in the same building. Highly recommended!

The staff are some of the best I’ve encountered. Very helpful and welcoming. The whole interior is like a big art installation with weird things to find in every corner. Never heard another guest from our room on a busy weekend. Neat gift shop with unique finds. Loved to end the night at Prater and back in our rooms with just a 2 minute walk. Food was great.

Was concerned it was far from the tourist attractions. Then, I learned you can take the metro (right outside the hotel) to them AND the train station. Hotel itself is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly

Safe, quiet location about a mile from everything in the historic / tourist districts you want to see. You can take a longer (30 minutes to 1 hour) walk OR underground OR tram rides that are 5 minute walk away 15 minute rides. The bus tram underground ticket cost me $8 for a 24 hour unlimited pass. Great little hotel. Room was plenty big for our family of four. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the tram to take you into the city was just right across the hotel. Loved the check in process as well, everything done over the tablet in the lobby and fortunately our room was ready way before we expected which was helpful after a long travel day. Would stay here again.

I have the highest praise for the service in this hotel. It was exceptional. They put so much thought into the smallest details: from the chalkboard message next to our room welcoming our family to their hotel to the petit fours and sparkling wine on our bed to help unwind after the long flight. The property was wonderful. Close to the city center but a little on the outskirts to not feel the busy rush. The room was very nice and spacious.

We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and Airbnb’s. This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed with in Europe.
