The staff was friendly and helpful. When we needed the right connectors, were able to borrow from them. When it was raining, they offered umbrellas. The location was perfect, as we could walk to the train station. Besides that, all major sightseeing were close by. Just perfection! I highly recommend this hotel in the beautiful city of Lucerne. "
