"This was by far the best place we stayed at. The apartment was very big with spacious bedrooms and kitchen. The host was very friendly and cater for all our needs. The dinner was one of the best we had in Switzerland. The location with mountain view was very beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again if we visit and would recommend this place to all. "

"This property was so beautiful-from the views to the gardens and the whole neighborhood! Very clean with full amenities. We cooked full meals during our whole stay. "The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"I loved everything about this hotel - room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice with good lighting (rare in many hotels.) Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful. When we needed the right connectors, were able to borrow from them. When it was raining, they offered umbrellas. The location was perfect, as we could walk to the train station. Besides that, all major sightseeing were close by. Just perfection! I highly recommend this hotel in the beautiful city of Lucerne. "
