"Okay, rooms are a little dated, bathroom a little small BUT, bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and the shower was magnificent, never had that shower pressure in any other hotel. Room was quiet even though it is part of a hotel. Very happy with my stay."

"We had been travelling & stayed at various Motels in 3 different states. This was by far the nicest Motel, with the best layout, kitchenette with extra tap & sink. Bigger fridge, with chocolates & chips, & alcohol available to purchase. We take lots of photos on our holidays, so need to load them each day, & the bench space was more than adequate."

"I believe I stayed in a newer room right above reception and and it was a wonderful space. They've used the space wisely and were still able to include a tiny kitchenette, ample bathroom and shower, and being new, they had a power point with USB charging spots. An excellent spot for a stop over between Sydney and Melbourne. Host was delightful and helpful."

Let me tell you: I had pretty low expectations, but given we had a big ute, 3 bikes and a bike trailer and planned to explore the city on bikes, and also, not having a crap load of disposable income, we booked this place. I'm embarrassed to say: expectations were low. It looks like an old school motel from the 80s. But I tell ya what, I rate this place heaps. Here's a few things: service - friendly. Location - amazing. Right next to a bike path, boom, we cruising into the city in no time. Shops, heaps of restaurants, parks, pubs, whatever, it always seemed to be like a 2 minute bike ride or 5-10 minute walk. And the shower... Didn't look like much. But I've stayed in a lot more expensive places that had showers that were a mere misty spray compared to this bad boy. Heat, pressure, baaaaah, it had it all, coming at ya. 2 double beds and a banging shower for a bargain rate. Ill recommend to anyone going to Canberra, don't waste your money on hoighty toighty hotels, this place is exactly where you wanna be. Well, it was for us anyway. Also, room was big. We had 3 bikes, a bike trailer and a pram. And we kept them all inside and still had space to crawl around with our baby. Good on you guys. Love it."
