"The house was nice and convenient to RIT (Rochester Inst of Technology) as we attended graduation ceremonies. Lots of room to spread out with a nice kitchen, LR/DR. Bathrooms in nice shape and the laundry room was convenient. Others have described the "somewhat busy street" ; however, you don’t hear any road noise from inside. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. And, the owner is great as we needed some dining suggestions and they were super helpful. We will definitely stay here again."

"So our son gave this trip to his dad for Christmas. They planned a stay and fishing on Lake Ontario. They absolutely loved the place. The views were incredible! The communication with the owner was awesome."

"Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set."

"Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house."

"Erick’s home was spectacular! Directly across the street from the hidden sidewalk, where we had our own direct beach access stairs to a private beach! Views were gorgeous. The home was well-equipped with everything we could’ve needed, and he had the fridge stocked with waters and the counter with fresh-baked warm cookies! Erick is also one of the best hosts I’ve had over my years of renting! His communication and flexibility on early check-in/late check-out were so very considerate as we trekked...
