Hurricane Helene tried to throw us a curveball, but we’re thrilled to announce that our property emerged unscathed—just a few trees took a tumble, and they’ve already been tidied up. We’ve got all the essentials back in place: power, water, and internet are fully up and running, so you’ll feel right at home.
The roads are clear as a sunny day, making it a breeze to get to and from our doorstep. And here’s the cherry on top: many of the local restaurants and attractions are open and eager to welcome you with open arms. Whether you’re looking to kick back and relax or dive into some local adventures, we’ve got everything ready to make your stay nothing short of fantastic.

This is the ground level unit, offering a Queen-size bed, one full bath, a well-appointed mini kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker, microwave, & toaster oven, and more, including high-speed internet and a large screen Roku TV with Spectrum's new streaming app offering 250 live channels.

Enjoy the outdoors on the patios which include an electric grill, dining table & umbrella. Your furry family members will love to play in the fully fenced, private pet yard with new pet safe anti-microbial synthetic turf.

Loved it at the Lower Peach!

The Lower Peach was the ideal spot for our family who was visiting friends that live in Weaverville. The apartment had everything we needed and having the fenced in yard off the back was wonderful! Just opened the door and the dogs could run, play and do their business. The owners checked in on us to be sure that we were comfortable, since the weather was unseasonably cold while we were there. We’ll definitely use this location when we come to town with our dogs.
