"Clean"

"It was very clean the owner was very nice at check in. The only complaint i would have was the lack of thermostat in the unit it was very hot and i barely slept during our stay. However i prefer to sleep like a polar bear lol so not everyone's cup of tea. I was sad we didnt get to fish due to the rain but we had a very nice weekend."

Our Party of 4 stayed here while showing at the World Equestrian Center for a 4-day show. The property location was just a few minutes away from the WEC and the beautiful, serene setting was a bonus. This will definitely be our go-to place when in Wilmington. See you next year!"

"Extremely nasty dirty place. Urine all over the toilet seat and hair. Bathtub dirty sink dirty kitchen dirty. Flies everywhere. Mold on walls. Missing outlet covers. Unfinished walls. Front door lock didnt work at 1 point. Rotten food in the refrigerator and drawers of the cabinets. "

"This house is very clean and tidy. The owners think of all the little touches. They are easy to get a hold of if you need to. They provide detailed directions on how to use everything. It's very relaxing and hassel free staying here."
