"I made a reservation through Expedia. My evening flight from Boston to Washington Dulles was delayed until 11pm and eventually canceled. I called Expedia to cancel my reservation and was informed I was unable to cancel due to policy and I would be charged 1-night stay. This is incredibly harsh given that bad weather caused a flight cancelation preventing me from arriving."
