10/10 Excellent

"Great place to stay. Beautiful view of the Hudson and City. Comfortable beds. Large room for NY. The only negative was the wait staff at the bar/restaurant. 3 of us sat down. Waiter came and said hi. 2 other tables sat down after us. They received their drinks before ours being taken. So we confronted the “manager” who was also a waitress. She said all wait staff are there to help. Funny thing, because she walked past us the most and never checked on us."

"First room we checked into had the lock flipped and maintenance items inside so we were given a new room. Room was clean and nice. Wish that breakfast started a bit earlier, at least with grab & go foods for getting out early to watch the sunrise. Only real complaint was that our keys were consistently deactivating, even when stored away from our phones, so we would go all the way up to our floor then have to come all the way back down after a long day because we couldn’t get in the room. It was an easy fix each time, but front desk said it happens often when you leave the premed is at all, so would be nice for a fix for that because after walking 20k+ steps, you just want to be able to get in your room and relax. Otherwise, room was great, breakfast was good & fresh, AC worked well, and staff was kind & helpful."

"The room, hallways, and fixtures look a bit worn. Exposed wires in the room in corner. Easy to work AC. Check in with Junior was fabulous. Elevator is a bit of a challenge, I met so many guests that couldn't figure out the elevators and a bit long for the upper floors. You have to go to a touch pad to put in your floor and then it will go to designated floor, once in the elevator it has no buttons. I had extra time before appts and I was able to lounge in the upstairs which has a stair lounge area like the Public Hotel. I was able to work on my laptop and make calls like many others that were there. The Percy which is their cafe closes too early."
