"Nice view of times Square. Did not have a mini fridge nor did it have a microwave. And these are amenities that you get at the most basic of hotels so I would have assumed this type of a hotel would definitely have had that. That was disappointing."

"The pictures on the website do not give an accurate depiction of what the room is actually like. It is not modern, sleek, and clean. The vacuum that the cleaning service used was out in the hallway and it looked like it was from the 70s or 80s. There is no way the floors are clean. Additionally, there were men’s hairs in our bathroom from the first day. The bathroom mirror was pitting and terrible. For this to be a 4-star hotel, they would need to do ALOT of renovations."
