"We had a great time visiting Boston. House is 10 minute walk to catch train into the city. Recommend being familiar with the playstation controller in main room to watch streaming using the projector. Each room has own ac units which kept room nice and cool. Large family room to relax in between activities. Owner very quick to respond to questions. "

"The condo is in a perfect spot. We were able to take day trips to Salem, Gloucester, Boston and New Hampshire and Maine. Very quiet neighborhood and very nice unit. The place could use a few more pictures or something to help the accustics in the living room. It's just very empty, not very homey. I'd also like to see a railing on the front entrance. The steps are kind of steep, and I worried about falling. However, overall it was a great place. I'd highly recommend this place. "

"The house was in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were furnished with necessary supplies. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer. The kitchen was functional for reheating food or preparing simple dishes, such as scrambled eggs. The house has parking for two cars. We had planned to use public transportation for trips into Boston. Given the time and distance to public transportation from the house, we ended up using Uber for city connections."

"Joe's place is comfortable, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It has been nicely renovated. I like the hardwood floors, and it is bright and airy. We came to visit Tufts, and the campus is a 15 to 20 minute walk away, as is the green line T (Tufts stop or Ball Square). Communication from Joe was excellent. He was nice enough to let us arrive early, and also responded immediately and came right by when we had a minor plumbing problem. I would stay here again."
