"Well the area is great if your looking for a quite family style vacation. Wave's Deli and Lisa's Pizza have great eats. There is a Dollar General right there as well, any other big items you may need are within 15-20min drive to Avon. The property itself is needs some TLC. Pictures in ad are from a few years ago I think. Pool looked pristine in pic's but in reality needed to be refinished but has new furniture. Cleanliness was good but did find baby socks laying on couch and food particles "cereal" in the tray on coffee table. Talked to property MGR and he was very helpful in to resolve any issues that may need to be taken care of. I would not be hesitate to rent this house again if we would return to the Outer Banks. Kitty Hawk is about 30 min and has all the entertainment needs a kid would want."

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean view—waking up each morning to the sound of the waves and the sight of the sunrise over the water was truly magical.The beach itself was peaceful, clean, and incredibly family-friendly. It felt like our own little slice of paradise—quiet enough to really relax, yet close to so many exciting attractions. We had a blast exploring the local lighthouses, visiting the historic "Lost Colony," and even spotting the wild horses roaming the beach!The condo was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. It was such a thoughtful touch to find little extras like individually boxed shaving kits—it's those small details that really make a difference. After a day of adventuring, it was such a treat to come back and unwind by the ocean with a cool breeze and beautiful view.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly beach vacation with all the comforts of home—and then some—this is the place to be. We can't wait to return!"

"First visit to the Outer Banks. The condo was perfect! Clean and numerous amenities. Great communication with Tony. Host has detailed activities available in the area listed with a QR code. An informational binder rests on the coffee table. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Our stay was from 5/8-5/15 prior to the busy season. "

"We had 9 guys for a fishing. Ages ranged from 20 to 81. The place was clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment. Everyone got a bed and there was room for privacy as well as sitting together for meals, card games or just eating TVThe owner was proactive on communication and responded quickly to questions "

"I stayed in the Luxury Suite with private access to wellness deck, which I used! The suite was very high end, relaxing, and I had everything I needed. The internet was out (part of island life I suppose), and the contacts were communicative and available. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! "
