"Whilst my room was small, it had all I needed.
The highlight was the staff: reception and bar/restaurant staff were excellent. Polite, attentive, efficient.
Breakfast was very good with a wide choice.
The restaurant menu for dinner was ok but sometimes a wider simpler choice would have been nice."

"First impression of the hotel at check-in was exceptional- Stephen was very welcoming and friendly, and we knew it was going to be an incredible stay! In fact, encounters with the staff from bartender, restaurant and housekeeping were all friendly, engaging, and positive.
