"The home was just what we needed for 12 women. Adequate rooms and bathrooms. Two rooms had to share one bath but that was ok for them. The home is in a great resort. That has great amenities. The home is beautiful. However, it could use some TLC. Tracy is the best. Very responsive, polite and helpful! I would stay here again if needed."

"Our trip was due to our travel basketball team playing in the YBOA Magic Classic. Our coaching staff and basketball team stayed at the property. It was a great experience, the property owner was wonderful and very helpful/understanding to what we needed. We came back to Waycross GA with the championship trophies!!!! "This is my 2nd time booking a place thru Vrbo. I have to say Kim is the best host. My family of 9 drove from NJ/NY to Florida. She not only contacted me in advance but also made sure we were able to get into the house. The house is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so comfy especially after driving 20hrs. It was quiet and peaceful. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Definitely booking again when we come down next time. ❤️🌹"

"This is a whimsical and airy home with tons of room for a large family to play together or have their own space. The large screened patio with private pool and hottub were a great retreat between busy Disney days. It’s also just a short walk down the street to the community rec center which has an exceptional resort-quality pool and amenities. The parks are an easy drive or Uber. We loved the huge dining table, dual dishwashers, and dial refrigerators allowing for our family to cook and eat...

"The property was clean and comfortable, we did not get the entry code until we were sitting in the driveway in the rain trying to contact someone for the info. The person I spoke to was kind and apologetic . There were missing screens on the pool enclosure, overall the stay was good"

"Checking in was easy as the info was sent to me the day prior to check in. We didn’t know what to expect except number of bedrooms, bathrooms & pool since they combine all photos of all their houses on every listing. If you don’t care what to expect then not a big deal, I like to see exactly what the house looks like but didn’t realize that until after arriving. The house was clean & ready for us. The beds are the worse part of the entire house. If you have back problems bring a mattress topper...
