Southern tradition abounds here just 10 minutes from Auburn University. It’s hard to find privacy in Auburn, but it’s here on this 3.5 acre lot with plenty of room to throw the football in the yard. Relax with your family in this serene & spacious home before & after rolling Toomer’s Corner!
Whether you’re here for the game, or are celebrating your graduate, you are sure to find everything you need here on our little piece of paradise on the Plains! War Eagle, hey!
The space
Downstairs you will find the master bedroom and two full baths. Upstairs is a loft with a spacious sectional, four bedrooms, and three full baths. Two bedrooms are full size (2 people), and the other two rooms have two twin size beds each. The bean bags ("Cordaroy's" brand) both have queen size mattresses inside. 10-12 people should be able to sleep in this home comfortably.

Currently the garage is not accessible to renters.
