"Excellent location with superb views of the harbour, but the whole experience just felt a little underwhelming. Other than in Chi Spa, which was excellent, service felt very perfunctory…obviously polite, but lacking any genuine warmth. The Horizon lounge doesn’t feel in any way exclusive, although offers everything you could want for breakfast. Don’t bother with the afternoon tea, though - literally just scones. The pool is great for lap swimming and they are thankfully strict at kicking out the kids at 7.30pm, and the gym is well-equipped. The suite was very clean and serviced twice a day. Next time we’re in Sydney, we will stay elsewhere, but perhaps worth it for a harbour view room/suite for a first visit."
