"A lovely little cottage in a beautiful setting. We only found out that there was no wifi once we had booked. This also meant that there was no Smart TV as advertised. The listing should state clearly that there is no WIFI. Also the information pack in the cottage gave no instructions regarding the rubbish bins. We had to ask one of the residents about this and then had to find a key for the locked bin! The fridge was very small which restricted our catering. We also felt it was shame that we...

"My sister and I had a weekend in Sunset and genuinely didn’t want to leave. The location is gorgeous with a secluded wild meadow surrounding you. The accommodation is beautifully designed and equipped as well as being super clean and comfortable. The hosts could not be more warm and helpful and the cows were beyond charming. We will be back and back and back for certain. "

"We had a great stay here and Clare was the perfect host. If you enjoy bird watching the wrap around garden, variety of trees and pretty stream will give you lots of opportunity for spotting birds. The property is in a fantastic location for visiting Chichester. I would highly recommend."

"Jane is a superb host - her attention to detail is amazing. It is such a gorgeous space. We had breakfast platter which was fabulous but we will definitely do the plant based evening meal on our return. We will most certainly be back - but avoiding the Festival of Speed! "Great hotel, perfect for the north terminal of the airport. The hotel entrance is actually in the airport, near the Easy Jet bag drop/ check in desks. We did a long haul flight and walked out of the hotel 2hrs before our flight. Which was perfect. Great bar/ restaurant area behind the hotel check in desk for convenient food and drinks. We went for a wonder after checking into the hotel to familiarise ourselves with the Emirates check in area ready for the next morning. So well located. 100% recommend and will stay again. "
