"We had a fun and relaxing stay at this cozy cottage. The lake was beautiful. We floated on paddle boards, took out our kayaks, fished, and sat on tubes and floated around on the hot days. We liked the peddle boat also. The cottage had plenty of outdoor chairs that we used to watch great fireworks from the neighbors nearby, the activity on the lake, sit around the campfire and picnic outside. Inside had all we needed for the few days we stayed, and comfortable beds. Store was nearby and The food and atmosphere at The Trading Post was great! We didn't leave much because the Lake was the reason we came and we weren't disappointed by all the activity on the lake. Thanks for letting us stay! "

"2 hours from Milwaukee, nestled in the woods, on a small, beautiful lake great for swimming, fishing, and lounging! Our annual Fathers/kids weekend was a blast fishing off the dock, sitting by the fire, and playing games when it rained. Communication was fantastic, the few questions we had were answered immediately, the house was extremely clean and well stocked, we are looking forward to returning next year!"

"We had a wonderful stay with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson in Wautoma at this beautiful VRBO. It was central to a few day trips but we also just enjoyed being together and hanging out in the water( especially our 3 year old grandson- he said the water was his favorite part if the trip). We are already talking about returning next summer."

"We had a great time with our family of three teenagers on the lake. We really enjoyed boating, kayaking and all the water toys. The adults enjoyed the lake view off the patio and the teens enjoyed the game room. There was plenty of space for everyone."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this property for our extended family of 15. Diane was great to work with and responded to our every question and need. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The lake access was wonderful. We really appreciated the use of the kayaks, paddle boards, paddle boat, and canoe. There were a lot of nice life jackets also as well as other floating toys. Fishing was fantastic! The kids were constantly catching bass and panfish. A few keepers but mainly fun to just catch and release. We loved being able to rent the pontoon as well. The house had plenty of sleeping space for 8 adults and 7 kids/teenagers. The pool table, foosball, and air hockey were also a huge hit. The 2nd refrigerator in the garage was great for our drinks. We also loved the large dining table so everyone could eat together and it was great for playing games as well. It was also nice to have the two patio tables on the deck. Great to use for morning coffee and visiting. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our family of 7 adults and 2 children under 2 years old stayed at the Lakeside Escape for a week in mid-June. The house was immaculately maintained. The new kitchen and layout of the main floor was perfect for a large group, and it made it easy for all of us to be together for meals and have a beautiful view over the lake. The locations of the bedrooms throughout the house gave each family some space so that they could follow their individual family routines without feeling like they were intruding on someone else’s space. The fire pit and grill were perfect. We rented the pontoon boat as well and had a great time cruising around the lake and fishing. We look forward to staying again in the future."

"I stayed here with my family for an extended weekend. The house and property are so cute! Lake Witters is so clean and peaceful. We spent most days in the water or on the dock fishing. On the right side of the house there is a nicely sized fire pit area where we unwound each day. The house is cozy and well stocked with cookware. We also explored Wautoma which is an adorable little town with lots of shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and will strongly consider a return!"

"We had kids ranging from 2 to 14 and 7 adults and everyone had a great time! The water is clear and shallow enough for the little ones with lots of water toys for all ages. They could fish off the dock anytime they wanted plus they took a pontoon out to hit other fishing spots. We had enough for a fish fry and then some! The owners are very quick to respond to any questions and the house and lake are beautiful. Highly recommend!! "
