"Everything that can go wrong went wrong. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but full of smoke and nicotine stains. The entire bed and pillows were covered with disgusting stains and all sorts of bugs were crawling. The owner/front-desk staff just shrugged it. I checked out immediately and they denied any refunds."
