"We were welcomed by friendly staff who were very helpful in recommending cafes, tours etc There were beautiful views from floor to ceiling room windows and the restaurant rooftop bar. We used the local free transport card to travel on the trams and buses and enjoyed the peak to peak bus journey. We can thoroughly recommend the breakfast."

"We arrived early from our overnight flight and relaxed by the pool as we waited for our room. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! Very nice buffet breakfast with many choices. When we checked out, we were pleasantly surprised with a thank you gift of berry wine."

"Wonderful classical hotel in perfect location, very short walk from the train station and right by the historic old town. The top floor spa and small terrace are great facilities too. Only gripe was the absence of air conditioning making the room very warm, but at least a small opening window and a fan allowed for airflow. Staff were wonderful, incredibly helpful."
