"Lovely warm room with comfy bed and immaculately clean linen. Tea, coffee and chocolate available together with biscuits. Bathroom spotless with minuature shower gels etc. Loads of breakfast choices with the cooked items cooked to perfection. Hosts very friendly. A five star experience."

"Charming pub with rooms in the courtyard. Each one had parking outside. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, smart tv and tea & coffee making facilities. Good size en suite with great shower. Towels provided along with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Breakfast was made to order along with continental options. Staff friendly and attentive. "Rooms were good size. Bed was large and comfy. Pillows were comfy. Bathroom was a good size. All very clean. The floors in the room are laminate and could do with a good hoover and mop. Swimming pool was a good size. Sauna and steam rooms were working and usable. Gym was small but had everything needed. £15 parking for 24hr is a let down. If your a staying guest parking should be included. Towels are supplied for use at the pool and gym so you don't have to take them from the room."

"I stayed one night to catch an early morning flight. Checked in after 9pm and out at 5am. There was air con and it was lovely. The room is nice with a double and single bed which were clean and comfortable. The bathroom let it down as it needs some modernising, but was ok"

"Great location and quiet room . The couple who own the property are both lovely and helpful. The room has all the amenities you could wish for , they have considered what a guest might want or need . You can park off street . The room was a little on the small side but adequate for one or two nights . The continental breakfast is adequate and the fresh coffee as very good . The property was full so the breakfast room was too and we felt a little bit close to other tables ."

It does not say on the web page that the SWIMMING POOM is part of a kepp fit membership, and that has members that go there 1st thing in the morning and moan about children enjoying themselves while they are trying to get their lengths in. "Decent size room. Hairdryer in the room and a fan thankfully, which was needed because the room was like an oven. The full English was ok but overall was decent value if you make full use of the continental buffet, just watch out for the low hanging light."
