"Really Nice place. Very Clean propertyGreat game day rental location"

"Everything was amazing."

"Fran’s home is beautiful, very spacious, tastefully decorated and everything we needed for our stay."

"Host was very accommodating and everything was as described. We appreciated the fresh eggs, water and condiments that were provided. Wanted a unique place and that is exactly what we got. Host provides a lot of information and check in and check out could not have been easier. Thank you so much."

"The studio is perfect. We stayed with our dog, and they had a water bowl out for him and everything. The fenced yard was so convenient and sure beats having to get dressed, go down the elevator, and take your dog on a walk outside a hotel first thing in the morning. We’ll be back!"

"Perfect spot to go back and forth to campus. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay here again."

"Not as described: This property does not sleep eight. Our family of five stayed at this property for three nights during our tour of UGA. The hostess was welcoming and communicative. The property was quiet. However, it was not well-appointed—it lacked utensils (just five spoons) dishes (no glass bowls, a few worn plastic ones), no pot holders, no baking sheet. The tub was cracked, the shower faucet was broken (we had to call to have this fixed as there were five of us using one shower). The...

"House checked the box for a quick overnight stay. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of linens. NO linens provided for sofa bed or rollaway. Some of the beds didn’t have real sleeping pillows either only small decorative ones. If owner beefed up the linen situation it would have been a much better stay. Needed more towels as well. Messaged about needing more linens and received no response back."

"Great place to stay. Good location in Athens and host is a good communicator."

"Nice new house. Very clean. Good quiet location. Lots of amenities. We very much enjoyed our stay. "

"Everything was perfect! The host took care of everything and made the check in process simple. And they provided us with all the essentials. Finding a nice property within walking distance of Sanford Stadium that is reasonably priced is hard to find. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Great property and very clean, close to a very good cake shop that was delicious! Ot was a quiet and peaceful time no noise around! Highly recommend, our dogs loved being able to be outside in a fenced yard!"

"We have stayed at the Stylish 4BR Escape for several years now and every time is the same...warm, welcoming, clean, quiet and a wonderful home for our family to relax, cook, hang out and make memories in together! We always look forward to our return stays here in Athens and will keep coming back!"

"If you are physically challenged or a senior citizen, this is not for you. You park off the driveway. Then walk across the lawn with a grade, then walk about a 30 yard path on uneven 1’ pavers, careful not to stumble;there is a 6’ drop into the neighbors yard. You are offered to park on the street. During my four days I never noticed any other car parked on the street; worried someone would drive up the rise of the street and then be greeted with my car."

"Great place, great location and fantastic host!"

"We had a wonderful stay! In the heart of Five Points, the location was excellent—close to everything we wanted while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The property truly had all the comforts of home, and I especially appreciated the amenities that made it easy to work remotely. Reliable Wi-Fi, comfortable workspaces, and thoughtful touches throughout the home made balancing work and vacation effortless. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a...

"This was a charming place surprisingly close to grocery stores. The bedrooms were clean, kitchen was great and a lot of the rooms had tvs. The washer and dryer looked new but we never used them. Lots of bathrooms and the fire pit was great. A nice place I’d return to. "
