"My son had his bachelor party trip and stayed here with friends. Plenty of space for all of the guys. Nice backyard but definitely surrounded by many close homes. They had a great time on their trip and he even got to go to Estes Park a couple of times. It was an easy location and easy check in. Coffee maker was broken but no other major issues. They had an absolute blast and enjoyed watching movies in the theater also. Thanks for the stay!"

"This property is well represented by the photos. There is enough living space for a larger group ( we had 10 friends). We liked having two kitchens, and two baths. The bathrooms are a little older, and not super large, but there were enough towels provided, plus having the laundry facilities was great. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. Being on a corner, it felt quite private. The company was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. I would definitely book this...
