"Toilet seat was loose, needed to be tightened. Bathroom had nail clippings on the floor. Went down for breakfast around eight and it was pretty much wiped out."

"Nice, large property, in a convenient location, that was clean and seemed to be well maintained. Check-in area very small and made for confusion when a lot of people waiting to speak to the FD. Parking very limited, requiring parking in public lot, which is only free on weekends. Room was good size and bathroom was recently remodeled. However, the shower floor was the slipperiest floor I have even encountered. They provided a shower mat, which is absolutely required, but even with that, it didn't cover the full floor, making it somewhat dangerous! Otherwise, good value for nice property."

"Check in was very good. The gal at the front desk very friendly. On day before our check-out I went to office to use computer and printer to print boarding passes and guest computer and printer was not working. Waited for like 15 minutes for the lady at front desk to print like over 50 pages for a gentleman that appeared to be an executive. I then went and asked since the guest computer was not functioning could she print boarding passes for me. She was rude and asked why I wouldn’t just use the app and present boarding passes like that. I said I was with my elderly father and we would prefer for paper copies. She said well I would have to email it to …. She rattles off an email address. I said I wasn’t sure how to do that and I asked her couldn’t she just go to the website for me with my confirmation # and without even looking at me anymore said no I would have to email it or she could not. I said fine and walked out! I had to drive to the public library, pay to park in parking ramp, go in and then pay to print them at their computers as a guest ,since I was not local. I have never stayed anywhere that I was unable to do it myself or ask for front desk assistance. She acted like I was a huge inconvenience to her but yet gladly printed 50plus pages for the gentleman there in front of me. "

Long House Manor B And B

"I just returned from a girls trip to Watkins Glen, where we stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The Long House Manor was a great home base for us. The rooms are incredibly spacious, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are very quiet and extremely clean, and there is an outdoor pool and gazebo area. In the morning, there was coffee and juice, fruit and bagels out early, and then around 8:30 or 9, a freshly cooked breakfast. Our room was equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator (which kept drinks very cold), iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Air conditioner works well. The decor is extremely 90’s, but we knew that from the pics and fully embraced it. We loved our stay at the Long House Manor."
