Lovely hotel right near the Christmas market and all the fun things to do. Cute rooms with kettle, and tea options, robes, slippers etc. huge bathroom. All very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly.

Ann Maria was the bartender and hotel host and she was outstanding and a hoot. She treated us like family from the moment she met us. Sean the manager treated us the exact same way. Very clean and convenient stay if you’re in Watford for the day going to Harry Potter Studios in “London”. It’s actually about 20 min from LHR airport and 45min-1Hr from London proper. The staff was super helpful with charging adapters, towels , and directions. It was a short, clean stay! Recommend for day trips to Watford if you’re going to HP studios.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern for London standards. It’s a small hotel with limited facilities but you get a really nice room with free minibar! Perfect for a short stay if you want to stay away from the city but also a stone away from an underground station that would connect you to anywhere you want to go.
