Never been to Watford (from US) but took a chance. Turned out to be an amazing place. Cool old UK pub and above, modern chic rooms. Ann Maria was the bartender and hotel host and she was outstanding and a hoot. She treated us like family from the moment she met us. Sean the manager treated us the exact same way. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern for London standards. It’s a small hotel with limited facilities but you get a really nice room with free minibar! Perfect for a short stay if you want to stay away from the city but also a stone away from an underground station that would connect you to anywhere you want to go.

Very clean and convenient stay if you’re in Watford for the day going to Harry Potter Studios in “London”. It’s actually about 20 min from LHR airport and 45min-1Hr from London proper. The staff was super helpful with charging adapters, towels , and directions. It was a short, clean stay! Recommend for day trips to Watford if you’re going to HP studios.

The hotel was wonderful, the food delicious, and the staff were wonderful , welcoming, and clearly love their jobs. I for one felt like I was receiving a luxury experience at the Four Seasons! Very helpful and friendly staff. Nice and pleasant room and beds. Great location - only about a 10-minute walk to either of the two train/London Overground stations. Felt safe overall walking back to the hotel even at night - for a family with two children. The fast National Rail train takes only 15-20 minutes to get to London-Euston station from Watford Junction.
