"The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms are "new"..."modern"...they were recently renovated...the king bed was very comfortable! The "hot breakfast" included scrambled eggs, bacon, and fried potatoes/hash browns was convenient and allowed us to head out to Waterton without having to stop somewhere and spend more money. Definitely a Great Choice when visiting Waterton :)"

"The concierge who worked the night we checked in was a lady and she was very attentive and helpful. She helped us with the heater in the room and a second time she tried to fix the TV for us. He was not connecting to the cable box. She brought a second box but unfortunately that didn’t fix the problem. We did not have TV and I felt it was too late to the fix the problem. The TV would still not connect to the cable box in our room, but other than that everything was great. We were heading to the mountains the next day and the room was very comfy and cozy. "
