"Like: Management was friendly, responsive,helpful. Property was clean. Location was prime for shopping, dining. Cabinets were stocked with plenty of glasses, plates, silverware. Dislike: The inside lighting was too dim. Maybe because of my advanced years. No bathroom exhaust fan. Would not hesitate to stay here in the future."

"My son and I stayed for a long weekend at Dixon Lake Resort in room #3. We absolutely loved our time at this cozy resort. "We had less than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls were in the room. 2 tiny bars of soap, no shampoos or any other amenities. Mattresses were only about 5" thick and were like sleeping on plywood. Pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. One of the bedspreads had a big tear on the top. No fitted sheets on the bed and the sheets that were there kept coming untucked. The place is for sale. It is like they don't care anymore."

"Lovely spot, close to skiing and snowmobiling. The pool and hot tub is at the club house and cost $6 a day. It was a great and fun to have. The only negative is that i think this property would not hold more than 6 people. The bedrooms are small. Not a problem for us because our whole group did not come, but could be for other bigger groups. We also ran out of TP and paper towel and we only had 4 people. Not a complaint, just a comment! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this dog friendly...
