"4 good sized bedrooms, very convenient to have the shower rooms and 1 bedroom on the ground floor as my mother would not have managed the stairs. Great facilities with lots of nice touches making it excellent value."

"Absolutely beautiful property, spotlessly clean and loved the jacuzzi (which was set up and ready to go!) parking outside the house and visitor parking if you have more than 2 cars. The host was friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. Would really recommend! Thanks for saving our new year!"

"We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

"We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. To make matters worse, a full, rotting bin outside was swarming with flies, which were flying into the house as we opened the door. We contacted the management company...

"The Coach House is ideal for a large family group with generous sized rooms all through. We loved being so close to the forest and being able to walk straight out onto the path to Hatchet Pond. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed and Jane was an excellent host and very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay and highly recommended. "
