"It’s a good hotel for getting your head down for the night, upon check in we weren’t made aware of any of the details such as breakfast times, check out time, restaurant hours etc. our room wasn’t the cleanest but it was okay the shower was full of hairs and I found hair underneath the sheet on the bed the room was also EXTREMELY dark regardless of how we had the few lights available set overall the location is very convenient but the rooms could use a few tweaks"

"Great staff and amenities, minor fixes needed. The hotel is a 7 to 10 minute walk from the station. Do not rely blindly on map apps because they send you down quiet side streets. During the day you can take a shortcut through the Westfield shopping center. The area has everything you need including supermarkets, markets, and restaurants, though it can look a bit rough in the evening. The staff are outstanding, super friendly, and work tirelessly.
