The space
Built in 1875, the historic property was a private residence for more than half a century before it became a bed and breakfast. Private owners operated the property as The Waterloo Inn for decades before it came on the real estate market in 2018.
In February of that year, leaders of Human Support Services (HSS), a 501c3 nonprofit, purchased the Inn with a unique mission – to operate a bed and breakfast where individuals with developmental disabilities could learn, work and pursue independence.
With guidance and supervision, HSS clients take the lead in the day-to-day operations of The SeeMore.
The Inn is a groundbreaking experience in hospitality, a place where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can learn, work and thrive.
For them, it is an opportunity to pursue their dreams and achieve their goals.
For guests like you, it is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to stay in a place where the staff can’t wait to make your stay memorable.
