"Overall we had a very nice stay. Staff was very friendly. The only thing that was very noticeable was there were a lot of maintenance that needed to happen. Our room's closet door was gone, in the shower there was a couple fixtures that needed to be fixed and other things throughout the hotel."

"Our room was quite large and spacious. The kingsize bed was comfortable, with crisp, clean linens. It was the best part of the stay. The carpeting in the living room was quite filthy, three to four large dark stains and looked worn. The chair also had stains on it. Steam cleaning at the least would be suggested. The shower was probably the worst part of our stay. No hot water was available. My wife and I both took very “cool” showers. The shower head was not designed to fit in the provided cradle. It looked like a cheap plastic head that was put on as a band-aid fix. I discussed this with the front desk attendant. Her reasoning was that the hotel had been over booked all week and they had to report the issue to a third party. She apologized for the trouble but there was no further discussion to reduce our room rate or compensate us for our inconvenience in any way. After paying holiday weekend rates, I honestly expected better than this. This was an anniversary get a way for my wife and I. We left feeling way less than pleased with our stay. If you can’t provide basic amenities then take this room out of service!"

"Hotel runs out of hot water very quick in the morning. Breakfast time is shorter than at other facilities (6am to 9am) Breakfast menu very frugal There is dust sitting on bedframes and a few other spots in the guest room. Personnel is friendly and do their best to resolve customers' need. Overall ok hotel, but could do better."

"The room had significant maintenance issues - shades would not function, partly open all night with street light coming in; TV would shut down every 20 minutes or so with "unplugged from internet" message which required reboot each time; soap dispenser was off its wall holder, needed repair; sound from room above sounded like kids jumping, informed front desk, no action. For the price point, not at all satisfied. Have stay at other properties with much better results."
