"Initially the hotel did not have the Junior Suite I ordered and paid for. They blamed this on Expedia and gave free breakfasts meaning I had to chase Expedia for a reduction. The Superior room was a good size and in the rear, no view but very quiet. Excellent bed. Bathroom had no fan."

"Everything was fine, except check in was very slow, only 1 person at the desk, who did not speak a word of French or German. I know the hotel is Dutch owned but Belgium has 3 official languages, French Dutch and German. How can you run a major hotel in Belgium without staff that speaks at least the local languages."
