"Absolutely fantastic hotel staff. We arrived late into the night after the M was shut down because of a bad car crash. They happily opened the kitchen to fix us sandwiches since we were on the road all day Sunday and food was not easy to find after 6 pm. The major issue was the room itself. The furnishings need to be updated. The bed was hard as a rock with little padding and low to the floor. The pillows were thin and provided little support. The towels left lint all over your wet body...

"My family of 3 stayed here for one night and we enjoyed the hotel. The location on the river is pleasant and is great for seeing the sights of Waterford. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the room was comfy. Overall it was a delightful experience."
