"We were on 38 for about a week and had rented a home however I had heard that this property had great reviews and my six-year-old daughter really needed a pool to play in so we decided to try it for two days. And let me tell you I was blown away. This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at in my whole life because of the amenities you get access to the beach club, which is completely separate than the pool on the hotel property, the beach club is a few steps around the corner from the hotel and is multilevel right on the beach. It is fabulous for adults and kids very family oriented. It even has a small gift shop next to the pool to buy items like pool noodles or Floaties or Popsicles. You can take the bridge next to the pool and walk over to the beach.. one of the pools is adult only. I also was able to enjoy some live music. I believe you might want to check out their event calendar where they will list what activities they have that day. The community is so nice. We had rented some E bikes and strolled through the nature trails on the property and went to camp watercolor the next day, which is next to the property and also accessible with your hotel stay. I actually preferred the beach club better. However the camp watercolor is really cool for kids because it has a bunch of slides and different pools plus the lazy river. It is very pricey and I believe they will require you to have a two nights deposit if you book directly through them so booking thru Expedia better."

"The condo was perfect. Location can’t be beat and condo is very well stocked with anything you could possibly need. Tanya is wonderful- she is responsive and works quickly to address anything you need. We would recommend this location to anyone. Can’t wait to go back!"

"Perfect for our family stop in Watercolor. There are stairs so pack lightly. Beautiful decor and great layout so open and spacious and large size restroom, even kitchen area. Host was incredibly responsive. Absolutely perfect location."
Luxurious WaterColor House Minutes From Seaside and the Beach!

"First time staying in Watercolor and couldn’t have asked for a better location! Beach and pools were a quick golf cart ride, could even be a walk for older kids. House was clean, beds comfy, lots of bathroom towels and everything in working condition. This house is not overly stocked with kitchen/laundry supplies. Not a complaint at all just will need to plan to purchase if you have a larger family and plan to do meals at home a lot vs eating out. Will absolutely be back!"

"Clean, cozy, and perfect for 2 moms with 5 teenage boys. Using the trolley made it super easy for us to get to and from the Watercolor Beach Club & Beach area & not have to all go at the same time. It was also nice having one of the pools across the street & small soccer field area one beside the house."

"The property was very clean and well kept. It was extremely close to the beach and great access to all amenities. The beach was fantastic. We did not use the pools but they looked well maintained. The only knock was the washing machine made horrible noises and was very loud. Little water leaked from the bottom. We were very happy that we had one but tried to do laundry with still daylight out so we did not disturb anyone. Other than that great property."

"Stayed at this house a couple times before. Cleaner than ever, any problems we came across wasn't anything that the owner had control over but still went out of her way to try and rectify it. Definitely a place to stay if renting in watercolor."
