We stayed on the loft rooms on ground floor, quite small with a tiny bathroom and not very private but we were only on a 2 day stay and fairly busy so not a huge issue. Some bigger more private rooms upstairs but double the price. So overall, great location if you want to be right in the thick of it, but loft rooms quite small"

"This place was absolutely filthy disgusting blood stains on the sheets I have pictures of everything spiders and bugs everywhere there was a spider that was the biggest spider I’ve ever seen was on the wall when I came to go to bed at night the sheets smell like somebody else’s cologne and there is stains everywhere And spiderwebs all in the ceilings I got absolutely ripped off this room wasn’t worth $10 don’t go here "

"You must book the bungalows, the views are stunning! The pool is lovely and quiet, the drinks bar is amazing too with loads of iced and hot drinks, great variety of food options. Same with breakfast, an array of options. The hotel can arrange for Tuk tuks to take you into the local town and local market which is a must! You can get a river boat cruise as well."

"The hotel is well located a short distance to the famous walking street. The owners are very helpful and speak English and Thai, they provided advice on what to see and do in Chiang Khan. They offered us coffee and crossaints for breakfast even though breakfast was not included in the room rate. The rooms upstairs are simple, with good air-conditioning and WiFi. I would book again."
