The Experience Walking Street Chiang Mai

"Very friendly and attentive staff. Set-menu breakfast was good and had Thai, Western and Continental options you choose from. Note to travelers: don’t flush toilet paper down the toilet; use the bidet. There’s only a small areas I would nitpick over. 1) Their main doors were often wide open at certain points of the day, which made it very warm in the main lobby and where you were eating breakfast, but to be fair, who’s spending a long time in that space anyway aside from breakfast? 2) I, as a solo traveler, had what appeared to be a king size mattress on what looked like two separate smaller bed frames pushed together. The frames being pushed together left an hard bump at the middle of the bed under the mattress that made sleeping a bit stiff at times. I usually like a firmer bed and to be fair, this may have been a unique configuration of the bed frames and mattress. 3) My room faced the main street and even with the windows shut I could hear some music. Nothing my white noise app couldn’t cover up. These small things were nothing that would be such an inconvenience to me personally to ruin my experience because I was just excited to be here and the staff had great suggestions for activities and things to see. The sounds outside are likely something you just have to deal with if you’re staying anywhere in the old town and it stopped after a certain point anyway. The service and staff were exceptional! Location is extremely convenient as well. I would 100% stay here again."

"This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The pictures honestly do not do it justice. I only stayed for two nights, but I was genuinely shocked by how beautiful and luxurious the property was. As soon as you walk in, there’s a gorgeous pool surrounded by greenery, smooth stones, and the sound of running water. The whole property has this peaceful, almost spa-like atmosphere. Even the gym surprised me—it felt like I had walked into a luxury fitness club. The room was STUNNING. Super high ceilings, a soft comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom and shower, and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. It genuinely felt luxurious and much more impressive in person than I expected from the photos. There’s also a bar/restaurant area where you can order freshly prepared food, and everything I tried was really good. The staff were sweet, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. I wish I had stayed longer because two nights was not enough! If I return to Chiang Mai, I would absolutely come back here for at least a few nights. It was one of those hotels where the property itself felt like part of the vacation. Absolutely beautiful."

"This is a very nice boutique hotel with several added amenities making it a solid 3-4 star experience. Rooms are walkup no elevator so accept help with bags when offered. The pool is a great way to cool off and the rooms themselves are large and beautiful with teak wood and hardwood floors, sliding doors and nice balcony if you can endure the humidity and heat. The only caution is the hardwoods are slippery in socks! Very slippery. Our rooms were quaint but the overhead AC unit is noticeably older and the heat & humidity +40c made it struggle to cool the rooms. I doubt it ever went down to 24c but it was pleasant enough to sleep. Staff were mostly able to converse in English but everyone treated us like royalty and welcomed us everyday. The experience in Chiang Mai overall was great - as a tourist city Ive always been pleased with restaurants and shops staff quality and care. This hotel stands above my previous experience to Chiang Mai and we would stay here again for sure. Location was close to several nice restaurants too!"
