"From check in to check out this hotel was amazing! We went for my wife’s 40th birthday and they made it special decorating the room! Everything from the room to the service was great! Definitely recommend for any stay in Chiang Mai!"

"Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was included at no extra charge and was excellent. I had a pancake served with fresh fruit and it was delicious and filling. They had a number of choices available all day and even prepared an early take away breakfast for us the day we went out on an early tour. The property met all our needs but could benefit from some routine maintenance to things like bathroom faucet and fixtures and shower door caulking. Great location for sightseeing....

"We had such a lovely stay at The 99 Heritage Hotel! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, and their warm hospitality made our stay feel extra special. We were especially grateful for the VIP coupons and all the lovely little surprises, including welcome drinks, dinner coupons for three evenings, and a special tea set. These thoughtful touches really made us feel appreciated and added so much to our...

"Amazing location."

"Really great! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were great, room was clean, amenities clean, also great location. Highly recommend. Yes there is also air conditioning. Five stars for the staff!"

"The staff on reception which is manned 24/7 are really lovely. Helpful, friendly and do a great job looking after the guests. There was maintenance going on in the hotel but was respectectful of times. The garden area was out of use as being renovated but again respectful of times. The rooms are lovely, I had a king size bed in a spacious room which led out to the pool area. Pool is open from 7am-10pm. Nice touch was the products left by sink all wrapped, comb, toothbrush cotton buds, shower...

"It’s was ok, but wouldn’t recommend, the location was fine. But the hotel wasn’t a bit boring lacking character and the pool is only two feet deep with very strained pool chains that you wouldn’t want to touch."

"Great"

"Great location in the Old City. Hotel had good amenities- everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy to walk everywhere including Sunday walking market, temples, parks and restaurants. Restaurant / bar on site. Plenty of parking if you have a rental car. Would recommend."
