"Lovely hotel with a beautiful outlook over the river Kwai. Super friendly staff and a really pleasant comfortable room. Location was perfect, near to the famous bridge and an easy walk into town but far enough out to feel tranquil and peaceful. So why not a 5/5 and a 4.5? Two things. Firstly, it felt like they didn’t have enough staff on in the restaurant and the outside bar was always closed. When it hit happy hour you had to go searching for staff in the restaurant to get a drink. We ate in the restaurant 3 times. Twice it was very good, once was very poor and again came down to too few staff to cope with demand. Secondly, the pool is just way too small for the amount of people wanting to use it. It’s always rammed and very noisy especially in the late afternoon. We ended up only using it once which was a real shame. So much to love here but it’s not quite a 5/5."

"A lovely hotel and truly amazing staff. There are some upkeep issues here and there, but the river view was stunning. The restaurant is great to have as well. The jacuzzi room was very large and mattress was soft and comfortable. I was on 5th floor and the view from my room was just perfect. The fitness center needs some work and updating. Just a few weights, one bench, elliptical, and bike (treadmill was out of order), but it was fine for a quick trip. Location is very close to lots of restaurants, bars, massage, etc. About a 30 min walk to bridge and 15 mins to nearest train station. I would definitely stay here again. The staff is extremely helpful and kind."

The location was perfect, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care that went into making guests feel comfortable. Every interaction made me feel valued, and it’s clear that the team takes great pride in providing outstanding service. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. I leave with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional experience. I hope to visit again someday!"
