"This boutique hotel offers everything. Awesome staff. Big rooms. Enjoyable breakfast. Love the happy hr. Get to meet other guests. Staff always happy to help and recommend options for dining in the local area. Albert and Phai Lee and other staff were always on hand to help out. Great old building beautifully maintained. The pool was an added bonus after a long day exploring. "
"Hotel room is clean and spacious. Building is new and close to restaurants and new world food court. New world food court most stall closed around 9pm and is mainly for daytime traffic. There are other restaurant in areas for late night dinning. Overall a good stay for this hotel. "
"The room was wonderful. Very clean, modern, and spacious. Although the hotel is a little ways from the historical downtown, you can take the free bus (CAT) and get off at stop 11 and from there the hotel is less than a10 min walk. CAT made it very easy to get anywhere in town from the hotel.
The only negative was the wifi was awful. It was constantly dropping and I had to reconnect multiple times each session. "
"Excellent staff. Clean and professional hotel. Perfect location for the Gleneagles hospital. The hotel offers a van service to the hospital although it is walkable distance. "
