"Well, where do I begin? I can’t rave about the experience enough. From the moment we were greeted at the airport to the checkout process 6 nights later; everyone and everything was amazing. The suite was stylish and very comfortable. Everything was immaculate and clean but the best thing about this place were the people. Everyone was just so kind, polite and always happy to help. The food and drink was out of this world and breakfast was the best I’ve had included in a room deal. My husband and I booked this place as part of my husbands 60th birthday celebrations. We make a very fine decision to stay here. It’s easy to see why this place has won so many accolades. There was only one issue, a family staying a couple of nights with zero respect or control of their feral, loud and disrespectful children; I really wish that the hotel would display a clear code of conduct and etiquette which would be enforced. 7:00 AM and we had kids screaming outside our room. People left the pool one day as the kids were just too much. This is a classy hotel, not an Ibis. A huge thank you to the team for all of your service, help, kindness and smiles; You were amazing. "

"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at in all of my global travels! I highly recommend staying here. From the welcome team, a welcome drink and the kindness of all of the staff, you feel well-cared for and a little spoiled! The hotel is beautifully furnished and set back from the street, which ensures a quiet stay. We took advantage of the pool for a cool evening swim before bed. The pool towels were perfectly placed, so we could see them immediately upon walking into the pool area. Our hotel room was clean, spacious and perfect! We used the hotel robes to go to the swimming area. We loved the balcony with the swing bed, to enjoy our bottle of wine. A staff person kindly came and opened our bottle of wine for us. Breakfast was delicious and reminded me of why I travel so frequently to Asia! They provided both Western and Asian options to choose from. Once the staff heard we were going to a sunrise Angkor Wat tour, they arranged a boxed breakfast to be prepared for us by 4am! We were so grateful to begin out day with a solid breakfast. I hope you book this gorgeous hotel while in Siem Reap. I’m definitely coming back as soon as possible and bringing my friends! "

"Nearby Old Market. Have 2 nearby large supermarket. Have eateries opposite. Nearby Hardrock cage and eateries. Bathroom have no hook to hang bathrobe. Some pillows are hard. For the price, it is highly recommended. "

We hired a tuk tuk from the hotel to drive ourselves around Angkor Park. We would stay here again."

"The hotel was situated in the town center. Just a 5 minute walk from the markets and Pub Street. The hotel is beautiful and the service is even better. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. We also really enjoyed the pool. It was so hot in Siem Reap and it was nice just to get cooled off. I would highly recommend."
