"The unit has rats which bit through and ate up a portion of a loaf of bread. The owners knew all along about the infestation and yet put the unit on the market. Water lines were switched from hot to cold, and coupled with faulty taps, made taking a shower impossible. The weather was hot and windows which were really old, did not have screens and we could not keep windows open for fear of mosquitoes. With no AC our unit was hot and really uncomfortable.
