"Booked this place on a whim. Was looking to break up our trip across a few days and stay somehwere along the way. I have a family of 6 and so this looked very desirable. We stayed in the barn. It was cozy and eclectic. Everyone slept very well and the kids very much enjoyed petting the goats and trying to entice the other animals to come closer. The family host was extremely friendly and attentive and the breakfast was to die for. The town of Washington is the old Confederate capitol of Arkansas after Little Rock was captured so there is a rich history there and is a state park. I would definitely go out of my way to stay here again. A real gem."
"Check in went ok because staff helped me because expedia only had me for one night instead of 2 nights, wont use them again.when staff helped me with second night it was cheaper, thank u Cindy and staff"
New Listing on Little Mo River!! Game Room! Relax & Have Fun! 4 Bed, 4.5 Bath
10/10 Excellent
"We had an amazing week at this well appointed, newly remodeled home on the river. We come to this area every year to pick up our kids from camp and to spend some “unplugged” time together. This was the perfect house for our family of 4 plus one aunt and grandma. We kayaked and tubed in the river by day and played air hockey, pool and card games and made s’mores on the campfire at night. We wouldn’t have changed a thing! The property managers were excellent communicators and very accommodating. All instructions were clear, accurate and reasonable. The newly remodeled game room was a huge hit with the teenagers as was the strong WiFi and Roku. My husband and I loved the expansive back porch and fire pit and spent most of our time relaxing, overlooking the river. The provided dry firewood was such a nice amenity as we had a fire on most nights, under the stars. It was a magical week!"
