Very pleased with this hotel for the price we paid and special shoutout to the very friendly staff! Everyone we interacted with from the bellmen to the front desk was so great. The lobby was clean and bright as were the public areas. The room we were in was a bit tight, but workable. Moderately dated but still well maintained. I'd go back!

Great spot in Washington! Hotel has a great coffee cafe and the chia pudding is amazing! Close to the subway. Lots of delicious restaurants. Would love to come back to this hotel. Great spot for the 2026 Teamsters women’s conference!!!

Fantastic staff. Wonderful gym and pool. Room more than adequate. Restaurant , bar and café were well managed. Within 15 minutes walk to Metro. I would stay here again and again.

I loved how nice and prompt the staff was. When needed something, very professional. The rooms did look a little outdated . My shower drain kept stopping up . Otherwise, the stay was ok. A little out the way from something’s but close enough to uber !

The hotel was packed with a convention/event. That was overall fine. The room walls are thin as the group next door was loud enough to hear their laughter and conversation. I was awaken by them both nights of my stay. I did request the complimentary tea and eye mask but never recd the tea. My PRIMARY CONCERN: undisclosed resort/destination fee. They mask it with a daily 25$ credit. Must use daily or lose it but it's also taxed. So I ended up paying even more. Highly disappointed!!!!

The lobby area is modern and pristine. But once you get in the elevator to your room, you can see it is in dire need of renovation. There are carpets everywhere in the rooms and hallways, which triggered my allergies throughout my 4 night-stay. The room also smelled strongly of bleach when we first checked in, and we needed to ventilate it for a few hours. Otherwise, it is very clean and the staff is very helpful. The air conditioning in my room was located in a way that it was hitting me straight in the face when sitting in bed. The walls have zero sound proofing to the point you could hear people converse at normal volume. I stayed here for a convention, but I would not return for vacation

Air conditioning didn’t work. I had to waste a lot of time waiting for responses and then staff trying to fix it before being able to move rooms, even though I had asked for it to be fixed while I was away all day. Long lines at the counter wasted even more time. Hotel chat responses were slow. The manager offered points for all the inconvenience, which I never received. The forced resort fee made you eat meals at the restaurants, which were incredibly overpriced. The $25 chicken sandwich was about the worst I’ve ever eaten (Chick-Filet would be a huge step up). The lobby store doesn’t give you any credit for the resort fee. Getting an Uber or cab in the morning was near impossible. However, the gym is very good.
