Nice place to stay

The place was nice and clean. It was a very busy weekend so we didn’t love all the cars parked on the streets and the pool was over crowded. I’m sure on a less busy weekend it would have been better. We Will definitely come back and stay here again.

Great find!

We had a baseball tournament in St George/Hurricane and this place was in the perfect spot. Everything was brand new and fit the 4 of us just fine. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!

Amazing property

It pretty new clean and very spacious. Worked perfectly for my family trip. There were plenty of towels. We've really enjoyed our stay. What was amazing is that neighbourhood has oversized parking for RV. Will definitely book again in the future!

My friends and I stayed for a training in St. George and we all loved our stay! It was very clean, had everything we needed, comfortable beds, and in a safe neighborhood. I would stay here again.

Good sized townhome in quiet neighborhood.

Overall, we liked our stay here. Right as we walked in, it did smell awful and dirty (we were even second guessing if it was something mixed with the smell of cigarettes). The townhome didn’t feel very clean to us either. We found lots of crumbs and black hair in the sinks and on the floor. We did have an issue with the king bed, right we laid on it the first night, we realized it was broken. We contacted them and made them aware, they were great with responses but we still had to deal with it during our stay. We also found that one of the beds in the twin room had something sharp under the bottom of it and both my wife and I ended up getting pretty big gashes from it, just from standing against it. We really wish they would have provided a garage code or garage door opener so we didn’t have to walk around the entire building each time we needed to park our vehicle. It would have been nice to of been notified that the pool wasn’t finished yet, we were expecting it to be done. Overall, we had a good enough experience to come back. The townhome was the perfect size for our family and in a quiet neighborhood close to the freeway and a few restaurants.

House is very well kept and has all the amenities you would need. Great location with a 2 car garage for use. Middle unit, but very quiet inside. Great location with tons of room.

Spacious and comfortable

This place was fantastic for me and my husband and our three children and two spouses! The living area was open and made it easy for us to all be together. The kitchen has EVERYTHING! Which was so nice!! I will say that a garage door opener would have been really helpful, along with a code for the garage door. Trucks and large vehicles do not fit in the garage, but there is parking very close by. Loved the neighborhood and loved being out of the hectic city, but only 10 minutes away!!

Nice and Clean

This was a good clean property. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The property management group was easy to communicate with. Only down side was the property is located in the middle of a row of condos. Therefore, the front door is not close to parking or the garage door. It was easiest to park in the garage, but a garage door opener was not provided.

Great home-new build

This is a great home in a neighborhood that is being built. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. It was comfortable for our family getaway.
